Vidaxl Pavillon 3x4 M Anthrazit
This has now been up a few weeks. It took no effort to actually put it up. A little more care was needed to ensure the mounting brackets would be drilled into brick, but once all the measuring was done , fitting the brackets was just four bolts with one on each to hold the awning to the wall that took less than five minutes. Once on the wall we wound it out and levelled it with the built in level in a couple of minutes. It looks good and works well
Very happy with my new awning it looks lovely very well made just waiting for the lovely weather would definitely recommend only took my son 30 minutes to put up
Great awning that was easy to fit (2 people required) and is great quality and once up looks fantastic. Once up I needed to make some adjustments to get it straight and level which was easy to do and it helps that there is a built in spirit level to help do this. Took us about 30mins to put up and any competent DIYer can do it. Would highly recommend!!!
Buy Greenhurst Grosvenor Garden Awning
Despite showing In Stock on the website, this item was in fact out of stock. Garden street did not inform me of this until I rang to complain my order had not arrived after 6 working days. Even then they said they didn't know where it was and they would chase it up with the delivery people. Clearly this was not true as the next day I received an email apology saying it was out of stock and would I like to wait to wait a month for more stock or have a refund. I requested a full refund and this was promptly given, so all credit there, but very poor communication initially.
Deliveries are mostly prearranged directly with yourself within a few days of placing an order; being booked in directly with a member of the delivery team/carriers. This can help to confirm a working delivery date which is best for you. When ordering, please provide an active mobile phone number to help delivery to be promptly booked in, and to ensure that there is no delay in receiving your order.
Please note, that some smaller items which can be posted or go via small carrier may be dispatched immediately, without contacting you first. If you have any doubts over your order status please contact us.

As we use a wide range of carriers for delivery, you may not receive a time slot for your order. With most orders, you would be contacted first to arrange a delivery date, so you know in advance what day delivery has been booked in for. If you know you won’t be available for your pre-arranged day of delivery, please let us know in advance and we can pass this on to the carriers to investigate the possibility of your delivery being left with a neighbour or in a safe place.
Delivery Lead Times are Estimates; if you’re looking to receive a product by or on a certain date, please contact our customer service team before ordering for help and advice.
There may be occasions where we can dispatch items sooner, should there be space available on a delivery run. If you are looking to receive a product sooner than the estimated delivery lead time, please contact us and we can see check delivery availability to see if this is possible.

The courier delivered it elsewhere took a lot of calls to get this sorted. When item finally found the courier could not lift it as it was a two person job. I had no choice but to help carry a 3.5 metre heavy item. Not impressed with delivery service nor the process and hoops I had to go through to find my item that was incorrectly delivered elsewhere.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bob90 from Good quality, great value Fitted our 3.5m today. Delighted with it! 2m clear under fully extended if adjusted with Allen key. Only 3 bolts to remove for winter storage if wanted. Would like to be able to replace cover from Dyas if it gets damaged.
