What Are The Best Caravan Awning Storm Straps And Pegs?
Simple design, used them twice now. Basicly a massive nail with plastic stoppers. Only negative was the stoppers are friction fit with the nail and not that tight so can slide off the nail accidentally and loose it. Apart from that they go in the ground well and have a peg pull loop so easy to get out.
The ground where I live is very hard and these pegs were just the job in holding down the 'banana' umbrella and gazebo's and thanks to the moulded ends, easy to take out. The little carry case is a great idea as it keeps them all together when not in use and as it is coloured red, easy to find in the shed/garage etc.
Bought these in July after bending a good number of the old bog standard steel pegs on our last trip. Used them for the first time today. Went straight in without a struggle on rock hard ground. Excellent product. Looks top quality too. Would definitely recommend.
